Arthur Guinness Handicap 2011 (1m 100y) - Noreen looking for second success of week

Cash Or Casualty caused an upset in the penultimate race on day five of the Galway Festival as he beat Dermot Weld's hot favourite Along Came Casey.

Ben Curtis kicked for home with two furlongs to go and his mount propelled clear from the field and it was only Along Came Casey who could get close to him, but Weld's runner failed to bridge the gap and Damian Joesph's Cash Or Casualty won by one-and-a-half lengths at 25/1.

2009 Result

Few Are Chosen trained by John Mulhern bolted up in this trappy Handicap to win by ten lengths and in so doing looked a class above anything else in the race. It was always adifficult race to predict the outcome and as such it was yet another good race for the Bookmakers.

Second was David Marnane's Cool Athlete with Quiet Ocean back in third.
