2009 Result

The First Evening Bumper was won in fine style by Honours Graduate trained locally by Paul Gilligan. He was always prominent and collared the long time leader Do The Bookies in the final furlong. The Willie Mullins trained Hayabusa ran a very promising race to be second on his racecourse appearance and looks to be one for the future. Next home was Honorary Title who pinched third place from the brave but unlucky Do The Bookies on the line.

  • 1st Honours Graduate, P Gilligan, B Cawley, 8/1
  • 2nd Hayabusa, W Mullins, P Mullins, 5/1
  • 3rd Honorary Title, P Nolan, M Doran, 10/1
