The second race on this exciting Sunday card is the Easyfix Handicap Hurdle over 2 m 2f, it will be an interesting race as always for the punters to get involved with with the bookmakers hoping to get the upper hand. It is open to horses aged four years and upwards and we should see a decent field on the start line as always at the Galway Races during the Summer.

Darenjan winner of this race a year ago did the business again this year when running exceptionally well to hold off a chasing field. It provided trainer, 'Shark' Hanlon with his first Festival winner this year and it was well deserved after hitting the crossbar once or twice already.

Trainer, Oliver Brady who was taken into hospital yesterday will be cheered by the performance of his Saddlers Native who ran well to be second. Third home was the fast finishing Berties Dream
