The Tote Trifecta Handicap - Day Three Race Six 2010
The next race is the Tote Trifecta Handicap and it is looking like a competitive Handicap as always at Galway, there is a big field with the Dermot Weld runner set to go off well backed as always. Rock Critic is the runner for weld and it is hard to imagine him being too far from the front in the final furlong. All In Clover is another one that should go well with punters backing him at the moment.

2009 Result
The Jessica Harrington trained Gimli’s Rock was the winner of this tightly fought contest and in so doing provided his trainer with her third win of the Festival. Gimli’s Rock along with Izagonawin and Tatacoa ran clear of the field in the final furlong but despite drifting badly to his left, it was Gimlli’s Rock who held on the strongest to win by a short head from Izagonawin
Tatacoa can consider himself unlucky as he seemed to be squeezed out by the first two home and had to be content with third.
- 1st Gimli’s Rock, J Harrington, K Latham, 14/1
- 2nd Izagonawin, T Stack, W Lee, 6/1
- 3rd Tatacoa, T O’Mara, V Lincoln, 10/1
